In Australia, and around the world Buddhists are searching for Buddhas, Buddhist monks, and other Buddhist figures like Kwan Yin and Ganesh to buy online. Lucky for us and them they are finding our website!
Where to start? How to go about buying Buddhist items from Australia?
We’ve been sharing Thai pendants of all sorts online at our small store based in the Northeast of Thailand for about 7 years now. We have gradually grown our inventory to include over 600 different items including Buddha, Kwan Yin, Ganesh, Luang Phor Tuad, Luang Phor Klai, Ajarn Jumnien – Thailand’s Good Luck Monk, and many others.
Today we have 300-400 visitors to our site daily and we sell items on a daily basis. It didn’t always used to be like that, but over time we have had many repeat buyers who have spread the word about our business to Australians living in Sidney, Darwin, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide!
It is from these areas that we get the most orders from Australia!
It is quite amazing that we get so much from Australia because in comparison we probably get more orders per capita from Australia than any other country. Are there a lot of Buddhists in Australia? Is it because Thailand is so close to Australia that many people order from us?
We’re not sure, but we are very happy to help you Aussies find Buddha and other pendants to wear around your neck as a necklace or to put on your home Buddhist altar.
About selling amulets, necklaces, and bracelets online to Australia…
We’ve sold more pendants to satisfied customers in Australia than many other countries – Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, China, Hong Kong… well, we could keep going here. Let me try to guess the rank of countries where we have sales – Singapore, USA, Malaysia, Canada, Australia.
Top 5!
I think that’s about right, I don’t think I’m missing anyone. So yeah, even though the population of Australia is not all that many, you have a lot of people buying Buddhist items from us! We love it and want it to continue!!
How to Best Go About Buying Buddha Pendants Online?
We recommend buyers of Buddhist items online to review the website they will purchase from. Make sure the sales copy is not too salesy. Make sure the website isn’t selling dreams – the magical properties of amulets, though real, shouldn’t be the main focus. Some sites sell magic.
We are selling Thai pendants directly from Buddhist temples. They can be powerful. They can help with things. Primarily we want you to buy them because they remind you of Buddha and being Buddhist. They’re a reminder. They help you act better. you know, right thought, right speech, right action!
Buy something small. See how communication from the seller is. Is there a problem communicating? Does the item reach you quickly enough?
I think our typical time to ship from Thailand to Australia is about 11 days. That includes 1-2 days to communicate with the buyer and ensure we have the right address and name for delivery. Email is a bit slow at times, but not on our end. We are here to respond during much of every day and for 7 days per week.
Later, if you like what you received, buy something bigger or buy more. Refer friends!
We give discounts to frequent buyers. If you think something is just out of your reach, ask for a little bit off and see if we can give it to you. Sometimes we can, sometimes not, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
OK, please remember us when you have a need to buy Buddhist Pendants, Buddhas, Necklaces, Bracelets or other things.
Since 2008 we have happily served 194 Australian Buyers! We hope you are one of the next to find something you love at our website – ThaiAmuletStore.com!
