A lovely tricolor fancy Phra Pidta pendant with nice gold-plated rim case and fancy eyelet.
We have one of these Phra Pidta amulets. Tricolor – gold, white, and copper style representing Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha.
This pendant with the yant design comes from southern Thailand at one of our favorite Buddhist temples here somewhat close to our home.
Phra Pidta is a Theravada Buddhist monk in a sitting pose. He is covering his eyes with his hands. He is a conduit to the Jhanas – to the deep spirit world.
