Here is the next group of images of pendants we found at Wat Mahathat Buddhist temple in Southern Thailand. This temple is the home of the Jatukam Ramathep amulets.
This is one of the original styles of Jatukam pendants from the Wat Mahathat temple. Most Jatukams are in this style and arrangement. There are few of these available at the temple any longer. Supplies are dwindling. ITEM #JATTRITRAD. I think we have 1 of these left.A colorful ceramic glazed pendant with the Chedi from the Wat Mahathat pendant featured in the center with a black background. This is solid silver. We have just 2 of these left and haven’t seen any at the temple for over a year. ITEM #JATCOLCHEDI A highly detailed Jatukam Ramathep gold amulet. We have a couple of these, this one is in the best shape. The others have some slight discoloration around the edges from having been in an pendant case. If you would like to see the others, we have photos. ITEM #JATGDET. We have 1-2 of these.Naga snakes fill the background of this Jatukam Ramathep amulet. We are not sure what the material on this is… probably solid copper and then plated with something quite brilliant (shiny). ITEM #JATCOPPLAT. I think sold out. If you want one, please email. This is a gold Jatukam Ramathep pendant with naga (serpents) surrounding the main figure on the front. We have had similar pendants in the past and have sold out. ITEM #JATGNAGA. I think sold out, email to ask if interested.
